After having searched for BILL OF SALE for a car a few times and coming up with something that I always have to create myself, I decided to make one and post for others looking to buy or sell their cars, motorcycles, ships, planes or whatever. This is a very simple and straightforward BOS and will work for most DMVs in United States as a proof of purchase/sale from private seller.

That is a cool template, thanks. I'm writing also to point out the typo at the top, "INFORAMTION", and the strange word order further down, "This vehicle delivered is as-is." (should be "This vehicle is delivered as-is.", right?)
